[Mono-devel-list] MSVCR70.dll

I downloaded Mono 0.31 and get an error when I run mcs saying that MSVCR70.dll can't be found.  I only have MSVCR71.dll.  What do I do?
 
Also, where do I get instructions for running Mono's asp.   The link to the directions on the download page is broken.
