I was wondering when NpgsqlConnection might have a method similar to
OleDbConnection.GetOleDbSchemaTable?  Basically, I'm looking for a way
to get the DataTable objects _or_ something that I can use to gather as
much information as possible about the database I'm connected to.

  Database/Tables/Columns/Relationships/etc
