[Mono-devel-list] vb runtime files need checkin

Could someone check these files into Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices for me?
All execpt ByteType are work in progres, but they compile and provide much more functionalty than the current version.
These combine the best of what is in mono now, and the converted java code we received from Mainsoft.
BTW, thanks Mainsoft.
