[Mono-devel-list] updated gac patches

hello,

	This is a small update to my previous gac patch to allow using full
public keys in assemblyrefs as opposed to just public key tokens. As far
as I know you can not do this with C#, but can with ilasm and possibly
other languages. I'm not sure why anyone would want to do this though.

	The main difference is the added define in tabledefs.h and then new
function assemblyref_public_tok in assembly.c.
