[Mono-devel-list] Making mono trace work on Windows - patch to mini/helpers.c

I wanted to start looking at what the JIT did so tried getting trace out on
windows and "-v -v" fails as an option due to path name differences/C run
time differences. I attach a patch that makes this work at least when run
from a cygwin shell so 'as' & 'objdump' are in your path.
