[Mono-devel-list] mcs patch for the shift problem

I was curious how difficult the compiler fix was so had a look and found it
pretty straightforward to get something to work.

This is what I did - a small change in expression.cs - though since it is my
first look at the compiler code maybe it's not the right place.
