[Mono-devel-list] [PATCH] Fix for Mono.Data.Tds.TdsMetaParameter

Hello,

I have attached a little fix for Mono.Data.Tds.TdsMetaParameter.
It changes Prepare to allow creation of string and binary 
parameters with Length == 0. Without this fix Microsoft SQL
Server complains about parameter definitions like nvarchar(0).

Could someone please review and commit this patch?
