[Mono-devel-list] win32 cvs script issue

Hi,

Not sure if this should go in bugzilla or not - let me know and i will 
if file it if necessary.

When following the getting started instructions for win32 checking mono 
out of cvs, one may happen to run the 'mono-build-w32.sh' from / without 
realising that thats probably not the linux way to do things...  as such 
when it tries to mkdir $here/install it ends up as //install and fails.
