[Mono-devel-list] Building Mono from cvs on Windows

But Render is a X server extension and at least both the
Solaris and the HPUX server do not implement it (at
least the ones I have access to). Now I don't know
what ends up depending on the features of
System.Drawing that use this but at first glance
it doesn't look straightforward to get going elsewhere.
Maybe things are reasonably functional without it
(assuming the build issues are resolved).
