[Mono-devel-list] Building Mono from cvs on Windows

I am unable to build mono from current cvs on windows.
I heard this was because of dependencies recently added, such as, cairo and
icu.

When does one think these dependencies can be added to the mono build
scripts, such as,
mono-build.sh for linux/unix
mono-build-w32.sh for windows?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know, I installed all the cygwin stuff including the devel
stuff.
I may have to drop building mono on Windows XP Pro and go with Red Hat Linux
9.
