Xrender and Render don't seem to be on that cvs server.  I found some
tarballs of them at http://freedesktop.org/Software/xlibs for those that
prefer that over cvs and/or rpms.  Is there a minimum version of these
two?  I used Render-0.8 and Xrender 0.8.3 and was able to build cairo,
but haven't yet tested further.
