[Mono-devel-list] Problems with building mono on win XP

Hi All,
I am trying to build mono on windows but m not able to reach anywhere.
I have installed the latest cygwin and got the mono sources from CVS
by running mono-build-w32.sh

The problem comes when mono-build-w32.sh calls autogen.sh from mono
directory.
The build stops with the following trace on the screen

Building and installing mono
Running libtoolize...
You should add the contents of
`/usr/autotool/stable/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to `aclocal.m4'.
Running aclocal -I /home/install/share/aclocal  ...
aclocal: /usr/share/aclocal/lib-prefix.m4: 16: duplicated macro
`AC_LIB_ARG_WITH'

**Error**: aclocal failed. This may mean that you have not
installed all of the packages you need, or you may need to
set ACLOCAL_FLAGS to include "-I $prefix/share/aclocal"
for the prefix where you installed the packages whose
macros were not found

I am not sure whether i have missed out something or do i need to do
something else
which is not documented.
Any help is highly appreciated.
