[Mono-devel-list] XSP - ASP.NET and /bin folder

Hi,

Could someone please tell me if there is a way to access from an aspx
page a DLL that is NOT in the /bin.
I know on Win you can place it on GAC using gacutil.exe ...there is such
a tool on Mono?
There are other options?

I need to be able to place the dll outside the /bin, in the
application's directory, where the aspx page is,
