[Mono-devel-list] Patch to upgrade NUnit to 2.1.4

Here's the required patch for the upgrade to nunit 2.1.4.

After this, no need to recompile the assemblies containing tests if you
use mono runtime. Under MS runtime, you'll have to recompile the
existing test assemblies.

Any objections to apply it? Nick?
