A ChangeLog is a file in the working directory that shows what changes
are made to which files. The ChangeLogs that you want to add to are:

Mono.Data.Tds/Mono.Data.Tds.Protocol/ChangeLog
System.Data/System.Data.SqlClient/ChangeLog

Please follow the existing format when adding new ChangeLog entries.
