[Mono-devel-list] Debugging aid

Hi there.

Ben asked me for this stuff that i've been using for debugging purposes.
The attached patch simply makes the runtime print the stack trace(s)
when the program is interrupted (Ctrl-C).

Sometimes (if not always), mono also throws a SIGSEGV after printing the
stack traces.
