[Mono-devel-list] Tests

I made a small testclas to test XML Data Types.

Not sure if you want to test this - but I saw they differed to windows.
Eg. Windows System.Xml.XmlChildNodes  Linux
System.Xml.XmlNodeListChildren

Please let me know if you want me to continue/finish these type of tests
or move on.

The loading of an xml file with a DTD declaration seems to fall over in
mono(unless I have an older version - 023).
