Except that this is your problem: you didn't update and compile your
runtime. You'd be less frustrated if you read the build instructions in
the README.building file in mcs/: the second point tells you to update
and build the runtime.
I could say: in the future, ca we attempt to read the docs before
whining on the list? But I won't.
