[Mono-devel-list] Runtime support for custom marshalers

I would like to see if anyone could work on implementing support in the Mono 
runtime for custom marshalers. Custom marshalers are particularly useful when 
writing bindings because they allow easier conversion between managed and 
unmanaged types. I have an example of a simple custom marshaler for testing 
purposes, and I can help with this. I just do not have the skills needed to 
hack on the runtime itself.
