Sorry, I understand how to produce a patch ;-)

The question was whether it is preferred to create a bugzilla bug report
and/or post here. I note that bug reports here seem to get faster attention
than bugs reported on bugzilla.

I don't care either way, I just wanted to know what the maintainers would
prefer.
