Hi,
this problem seems to be present on Mac OS X platforms, SCO and now
FreeBSD ...
I wrote an email to this list 2 days ago, with all the symptoms and the
stack trace re.
these crash dump (when using the Bohem GC, and during the mcs
compilation).

In my case, I have enough virtual memory (I think that 2.57 Gb of VM is
enough ... I hope so at least ;) ).

Yes ... mcs is capable of compiling smal sources ... as soon as it is
bigger, like the mcs case or the corlib
one, the mint interpreter just hang.
