Heres a test case :
class MyNode {
	public class Node {
		public string Name;

		public Node (string name) {
			Name = name;
		}
	}

	public static void Main (string [] args) {

		Node node = new Node("First Node");
		Console.Write ("Node name: {0}\r", node.Name);
	}
}

Output: Node name: First Node

Now with this constructor added to the class:
	public Node (Node node) {
		Name = node.Name;
        }

Output: Killed
or
Output: ("Nothing is outputed just blank")
