Dear all,

I am interested to implement cp950 and cp936(Traditional Chinese Big5 and
Simplified Chinese GBK).

May I know what information do I need? Do I need a whole mapping table? Or are
there some modules I can reuse?

I've looked at the Japanese Shift-JIS (cp932) implementation and found it not
easy to understand.

Any suggestions?
