[Mono-devel-list] System.Management.Instrumentation stubs

Hi!

Here are stubs for System.Management.Instrumentation namespace in
assembly System.Management.

I have just followed the MS API, so there can easily be some mistakes,
please give me hints to what I should do if there is some.

If it turns out these are okay, ill commit em later tonight.
