Hello Erik,

I think you don't have to bother about such users' code 
that uses this Order property, because as long as this Order
property is kept as internal, they simply cannot use it 
outside System.XML.dll itself.

Hmm.. I think there is no such attribute, or simply I don't know
about serialization well.
