Thanks a lot for the fixes (and for all the other updates). There are, of
course, no objection to commit.

As for test #11, Ben Mauer is working to optimize the BigInteger class. This
should speed up all tests (here and in corlib) which requires generating
keypairs (either RSA or DSA).

Can you send me the TestResults.xml ? I'd like to compare the results with
the one MS gets on Windows and, maybe, I can change some tests to be faster
(and still meaningful).
