    Agree. The System.Web.Mail is a simple (simplest, let me put it)
implementation for SMTP client.

    Many may not agree, but I call this a very ad-hoc namespace probably put
in at the last moment to give something for mail service. ;-)
    All is relies is on CDOSYS and may be just does something like DllImport
(may be). Heh!
