[Mono-devel-list] Encoding.BigEndianUnicode.WebName problem

Hi,

I found that Encoding.WebName property means IANA encoding name
(description by MSDN) but both MS.NET 1.0 and mono, 
Encoding.BigEndianUnicode.WebName returns "UnicodeFFFE", which 
is not IANA registered name. It should be "utf-16" or "utf-16be"
I think, it is MS.NET bug and Mono would go ahead.

BTW, IE6 don't recognize encoding name "utf-16be" ...
