[Mono-devel-list] patch for monoresgen.

Patch to support the /compile option. It allows
monoresgen /compile file1.ext file2.ext or
monoresgen /compile file1.ext,file1.resources file2.ext
It also prints processing information similar to the was the ms version
does.
