[Mono-devel-list] Install of version 0.25 from RPMs

Hello,

Forgive me all, I am a Linux newbie.  I am installing version 0.25 from the
RPM on the website...now, have several questions:

1. I can test that Mono runtime works by writing some new code and
compiling.  Fine.  How can I test that I am running the latest version?  
2. Do I need to somehow uninstall version 0.24, and if so, how do I do that?


If I do need to take some action, please give verbose answers as merely
saying "update your dependancies" or "configure this that or the other"
generally goes over my head (as am newbie dunce!).
