[Mono-devel-list] ASP.NET : Child controls - Maintaing state !?

 I'am developing a page using ASP.NET and I'am using XSP (0.24) on Suse8.2. 
The structure of the page is the following : the page has a form. Inside the 
form I use a layout control, of my own making, that lays out the page into 
several regions. One of the regions has a login control. But when someone 
tries to login it seems that it doesnt keep its "state".... For example, the 
username does not appear when the form is posted. Why is that ? 
 When I cut & paste the code in the .ascx of the login control into the main 
page, it maintains the username...
