Hmm... other than MonoDoc, I know some things, but about most of them
these are only pointers and I only know their names.

SharpVectorGraphics (SVG#)  http://www.sharpvectors.org/
NMatrix (Schematron validator and so on)
Tenuto (RELAX NG validator)
Maverick.NET (.net port of maverick, MVC framework)
XML-RPC.NET  http://xml-rpc.net/
Jabber.NET  http://www.cursive.net/jabber-net/

and maybe (DotGNU's) DGEE might be interesting e.g. GNU.RDF.
