Hey, all of us make mistakes, we're certainly not going to shut down cvs
access for some people for a little mistake, nor we're going to require
apologies. Mistakes happen, the issue is with people that
repeatedly and knowingly abuse the trust that was given them
(espcially when, after being informed of the issues, do nothing to fix
them). Also, Nick, you contribution karma allows you a little more
slack in commit mistakes than the average mono contributor:-)
