I'll look into xml schema libraries for a while, since anyway
XmlSchemaImporter and XmlCodeExporter requires improved schema
compilation. I think how to implement them after that, or leave
them anyone who is willing to do them. I don't know where
ImportMembersMapping() (and so on) are required.
