[Mono-devel-list] socket-io.c patch for machines that don'thave IPV6

The patch compiles for me OK. Though there are still some warnings about
pointer types (the guchar arrays vs struct sockaddr is one area) which would
be nice to clear up.
However what would be nice is to check it runs OK but I can't find any unit
test for sockets to check it actually works (unless mis.cs is it but make
test_cs doesn't run it...). Is there one?
