[Mono-devel-list] using xsp as webserver

How about this ? It re-reads any changed file but, do we need to make
special cases for each machine.config and web.config ?

AFAIR, machine.config and application.exe.config are only read once (or
should only be..). For web.config files, if you modify them, they are
re-read.
