I have. This whole project is a simple porting of a well tested and working MS 
.Net project. And by well tested I mean hundreds of hours in test lab with 
professional test manager and defect tracking.

The only thing unknown is whether MS version would return file:// from the 
AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory, which I think it should. I'll reboot 
and give it a test once I've had a little sleep.
