Hi Duncan, Sorry if this's been discussed already. Don't you think there 
should be a README of sorts in the gdiplus directory that says what 
version of cairo the current copy is supposed to work against? This will 
save a lot of confusion about what to do when the build breaks. It'll 
also save you the burden of packaging for the different distros as you 
can just host tarballs on ~duncan/cairo instead of rpms.
