It depends on the classes. As for XmlSerializer, it does not matter. 
When it comes to XmlTextReader, it does matter.

The easiest way is simply to adjust the expected result. Test might be 
modified as long as it is rational. Of course it would be nice if we are 
also going to have the latter way.
