[Mono-devel-list] Mono runtime problem

Hi,
I'm getting two different behaviors with Mono 0.28 and Mono 0.29. When
I
compile and run a test program (BmpPaint.cs) residing under
mcs/class/System.Drawing/Test/System.Drawing/ in CVS, two versions of
Mono behave differently. Old mono seems to be working fine, new mono
throws exception. Please see the attached files. I have also attached
the trace output for Mono 0.29.

Whether I compile with old mcs or new mcs, runtime of 0.28 gives me
same
results as "with_mono.28" (attached). If I compile with old mcs and
run
with new mono runtime, I get "exe.28_with_mono.29" (attached). When I
compile with new mcs and run with new mono runtime, I get
"with_mono.29"
(attached).

"calltrace.tgz" shows the trace of the program compiled and run under
new
mono.

Additionally, my Mono-0.28 is not the official release. I built it
sometime before 0.29 release from CVS. However, I built Mono-0.29
today
from CVS. I installed cairo from Red Carpet and did a mono build.

I feel there is some problem with the new runtime. Please let me know
if
I'm doing something wrong.
