Hello,

I have been trying to find where it occurs, but no good. I got another 
config file related exception by nant-20031213. And currently nant build 
looks broken (http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=52156 ).

Possibly it is because of relative uri related problem, so am going to 
fix them.
