Hi all

As I'm very interessted in the internals of the mono runtime code, I started
to analyse and read the source of the mini-code. Do some papers or documents
exist, which explain the packages and source-files. Just reading the code is
interesting but I could save hours if I could read some stuff documenting
the code-structure.
