[Mono-devel-list] Using mod-mono

I believe I have everything installed now, but I cannot start 
mod-mono-server.exe, I am using:

mono /usr/local/bin/mod-mono-server.exe --root . --applications /mono:.

and it says:

Listening on: /tmp/mod_mono_server
Root directory: /home/les/www/aspx/test
Error: Access to the path "" is denied.

I cannot work out what directory it may be trying to access which my user 
doesn't have access to.  Is there an easy way to have mod-mono-server.exe 
produce a log file, or trace what is happening ?
