All free software developers are freedom fighters:-)
Software patents are a danger for free software as well as for
proprietary software, we're trying to make people aware of the issue
and help the legislators make the right decisions: don't adopt software
patents in Europe (this may also help the people that are pushing
for a reform of the US patent system as well).

This is not the case with the proposed software patent system in Europe:
both free software developers and many proprietary sw companies are
opposed to the introduction of sw patents. Please, take the time to
