If it's simple, just send a patch to the list and someone will probably
commit it. If it's more complicated, open a bug report in the Mono
bugzilla (bugzilla.ximian.com) and attach the patch.

And, if you're new to the diffing, unified diff mode (diff -u) is
preferred.
