[Mono-devel-list] sigint patch. Take 2.

Hi there!

By popular demand (well, actually BenM and vlad), here's again the patch
that makes mono display an stack trace for every thread and exit when
hitting Ctrl-C.

They also suggested to include this patch in mini. May be we can add
this and just exit or throw that exception depending on an environment
variable?
