[Mono-devel-list] Move to 1.1 Build

Hey guys,

Per Miguel's request, I have just moved the build to use the 1.1 target
as the default. This will allow people to use the new APIs by default.

However, this means that you must do a clean build inside of mcs to get
all the dlls in sync. If for some reason you make a mistake, please
download a monolite from http://go-mono.com/daily and use it to complete
the build.
