[Mono-devel-list] Beginning Mono Windows HOWTO...

Hi All,
	I apologize of this is the wrong place to post (someone redirect
me). I have been installing both the binary and source for Mono on an XP
machine and was helped by the small windows HOWTO, but there are still
lots of gotchas. Is there a comprehensive "How to get setup on windows
so that you can add to Mono" document lying around? If not I would be
happy to document my blundering so that others may benefit...
