[Mono-devel-list] [PATCH] HyperLinkColumn binding fix

I'm attaching a text case (unfortunately, not an NUnit test) in the form 
of an ASP.NET page.  I haven't tested this with on a window machine to 
see if I've correctly interpreted the docs, so it would be great if 
someone could perform that test for me.   'Success' shows a datagrid 
with a bound column (product) and a hyperlink column (static 'view' text 
w/ dynamic url).  On mono, currently, it throws an exception 
Field_Not_Found.
