[Mono-devel-list] Update for mcs/SWF/SWF/monogc.c

I have updated monogc.c. It now caches the GetProcAddress values, instead
of looking up each function for every invocation. In the process, I
eliminated the dozen or so compiler warnings emitted for implicit pointer
conversions.
